I ordered a foundation from Arbonne and it was AWFUL. I felt like a was wearing a thick mask, it looked oily, and it wore off in random patches if the wind even blew the wrong way.

Also the color was completely muddy and unnatural.

I wanted to return it which was not cheap the ship back, and I was never given my refund.

I lost about $65+ overall and they were completely unapologetic, wasted a huge amount of my time and then cut off contact with me via e-mail before I could even send them the postage receipts to prove that I returned the product. I absolutely despise this company and hope that no one gives them their money because they WILL rip you off.

Did you speak with an independent consultant before purchasing the product or did the website automatically assign you to your nearest consultant?

All consultant should do a FREE color match for you and also discuss with you the type of coverage required by foundation you're using.

I'm a make-up artist and consultant but don't worry i'm not trying to sell to you.

However should you decide to trial Arbonne again i would recommend the CC creams for a lighter coverage to the foundation with color or the loose powders for a light touch of coverage.

Their computer glitch caused a double-order to be sent. As soon as I received the confirmation (the next day) about the double order, I tried to cancel it.

Called customer support, who tried to cancel but that didn't work. Called again, promised resolution -- still no support, 3 more phone calls and hours of wasted time, due to their incompetent staff and still no resolution. Waited on one call for over 1 hour in order for them to eventually hang up on me!! NO MORE ARBONNE FOR ME...

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the product. Most people love the skin care, especially the cosmetic line because it IS breathable and very natural, and has incredible ingredients that improve your skin while you wear it.

The foundation doesn't cost even close to $65+. It doesn't sound like you're sharing all the facts and putting the blame off on others.

Arbonne holds themselves to higher product development regulations & claim standards. This business model wouldn't work if the products didn't generate better results than what people could get in the stores. From my experience as a consultant 90+% of my clients love the products. Like any company, you can't make everyone happy. So I am sorry for your experience. With that said, you have a month-and-a-half (45-days) to try at no risk and return the products.

Call your consultant and explain the situation. I know she'll/he'll take good care of you. That's the integrity of Arbonne and this business.
