I did not receive a receipt or any information of how to contact the consultant after the day of the party which was extended a week.I wanted to sign in and order more, but the girl that had the party just took my $26.00 and over $12.00 for a little container of rouge which weighed 0.16 of an ounze.

It was supposed to be mailed to my house. This was on October 30 and if I hadn't run into a friend on November the 21 and asked if the Arbonne came in yet, I still would not have my ordered and paid for (cash) product. This is very neglegent and sloppy work. When some neighbor came over to the funeral where I had seen her, she just handed me a bag.

No Receipt was in it so I still could not reach anyone.

This makes me want to return it for refund.I am so dissappointed with this company that I had to resort to this web page to let my steam out.

Monetary Loss: $38.

It's not the company you need to be disappointed in. It's the consultant.

I apologize that that had to happen to you.I try to accommodate my customers as best as possible with a hand written receipt until I can give them an electronic one.

Usually the orders are put in on-line the day the party closes. I then print out all of the receipts and stick it in the bags along with a thank you card with all of my information on it and I always follow up with everyone who orders.

Yes I agree with the comments above, you should not bash an entire company for one unprofessional consultant that is obviously not doing her job properly. IF YOU DIDNT GET A RECEIPT DONT YOU THINK YOU WOULD HAVE COMMON SENCE AND CONTACT YOUR FRIEND WHO HAD THE PARTY TO GET THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE CONSULTANT???? Like hello, use your brain!

I would just like to let people know that if you experience something like this you can call Arbonne or go on their website and request information. Your particular experience was because of the unprofessional consultant that took your order it is not because of the company itself. I hope you had a wonderful experience with the products!
