STAY AWAY

I refuse to deal with ANY multi-level marketing products. I can’t believe people fall for these cult-like scams. I highly recommend watching the Netflix documentary BETTING ON ZERO which accurately describes these PYRAMID scams

Arbonne Skin Care System

I am so disappointed in Arbonne. I used it years ago and thought it was the best product I had ever used.

Within the past 2 years was treated with chemo for cancer and prior to that had a skin issue. Face was red and had serious breakout. Recently ordered the system again beause I thought if anything could help it would be the fabulous Arbonne Skin Care System. Unfortunately it does not appear to be the same formula.

I do not like it and would like to have my money back, but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I ordered on line beause I tried to call for several days and was only able to get voice messages that took me nowhere.

Terrible product I was using the product for about a week and then I looked in the mirror and I had a rash all over the sides of my face I stopped using the product and will not go back. I took an antihistamine and also put on a Cortizone cream on my face hopefully it’ll help it

Horrible

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was given samples by some ladies I knew after they bombarded me with a sales pitch at lunch they invited me to, totally rude. But any way the products are so horrible, I was given the face moisturizer, eye cream, face wash, cc cream and some kind of face serum.

Literally EVERY single product made me break out so badly, my skin was red and patchy after use. I don't have acne problems usually and have normal to dry skin, I wear makeup daily and haven't had issues with other products in the past, I buy drugstore, I'm no brand snob. This for me was my first experiance trying a skin care product that I found to be horrid.

For starters, it's so expensive here in nz, the packaging is cheap and ugly, plus I find it so odd that there are no ingredients list on the products, like really? Never again, seriously I couldn't dislike this product more.

*** I use them. I don't break out.

You must have a bad experience. They are not cheap, not everyone can afford Arbonne.

All Over Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was charged nearly $200 for the Arbonne Consultant package, for which I had never confirmed an order. When I called customer service, they refused to give me a refund for the products I never wanted in the first place.

Arbonne's protein smoothies are packed with so much sugar, it's not even worth calling it the healthier option. Their fizz sticks are effective at keeping you awake in place of coffee, but here's the thing: your drink will turn black. I had left a bit in my cup, and when I returned to it, what had previously been the red-tinged pomegranate flavored water was just black, and viscous. Not the water, and nothing else was added.

Disgusting. Don't waste your time - and frankly, protect your health.

Agreed, Arbonne is nothing but a Pyramid scam! Also there are plenty of other products in the store!

They act cult-like. bowing down to their "leaders" and telling others that it is the only way! I lost lots of money with Arbonne, as most people do!

Re9 awful

I used Re9, got a burning red rash on my cheeks. Never had a reaction to anything in my life.

Consultant told me to eliminate all except facial cleanser and start incorporating them slowly. I tried it because this was expensive, I wanted it to work. 6 months in, my face looks awful, continuous burning sensations in my cheeks. I am so frustrated at this company.

And now to find so many reviews to people this has happened to. I'm sorry but something should be done to prevent this from happening. Something this expensive and raved about by consultants should not do this to your face.

Or have a 90 return policy. I've learned my lesson not to waste money on this garbage.

Poor unclear return policy

Trying to shop local and support my friends business. I Ordered CC cream on NOv 6 2017 did not receive until dec 17.2017 the rep verbally told me I could return. did not state any time frame. asked to return or exchange in March. April 15 she gave me eyeshadow and eyeliner that had been used for a demo as the exchange product. very poor business management.

Rep stated the used products were sanitary and she didn't stock products. It was 6 weeks after I asked for return or exchange.

1.exchange time frame should have been stated clearly at the start

2. if it was too late to return or exchange she should have just told me instead of giving me used products.

3. Big time lapse between all communication and service.

I am done with arbonne.

Stay awayyyy

Word at Arbonne is that the executives have been preparing for a possible selloff, bankruptcy, or closure, or a bit of all 3.. it will start with the closing of the Calgary branch.

Arbonne is a pyramid level marketing scam, I work for them so I should know. Arbonne has some good products, most of which you can find under generic brand labels at 1/10th of the price. Believe me or not, they have become a sad joke of a company (and a worse employer) the past year or so.. ask any employee that you are truly friends with – no employee that works at Arbonne is currently happy, and many important people have already begun to jump ship..

its a facade they are continually perpetuating as they’ve become a totally mismanaged mess that is going downhill fast. The VP and most of the executives should be fired for using company funds for their own pleasure i.e. kickbacks, embezzling, designer clothes/shoes/dresses, this list goes on. I would never invest a dollar in such a ponzi and tell all my friends to stay far far away.

I am totally ashamed to tell people that I work for them and have been sending out resumes the past few months in the hopes of leaving the company and its horrible management as soon as possible. Feel free to check out the definition of an MLM on wikipedia, its a glossy term to blind people with nice fancy wording, frankly they are a pyramid scam, in the truest sense of the word. They pray on good people who want to make extra income, but who aren’t smart or driven enough to go about creating their own business.

God help those who think otherwise, sadly you will find out the hard way. If that doesnt work for your do some research: Arbonne’s own income statement shows that over 86% of Consultants lose money with the Arbonne business model.

Where did FC5 body moisture go?????

A lotion with a clean non-greasy fresh scent is gone. Recently ordered what is suppose to be it's replacement, Shea Butter, it's not even close to being a good replacement.

Sweet scent and a heavier greasy feel.

Reminds one of bath and body's Warm Vanilla. Please consider bringing back FC5 Body moisture.

Not transparent about ingredients

I questioned an ingredient because it is harmful, so I questioned Arbonne’s safe, clean philosophy. According to their website, they are transparent about their ingredients.

Not so much. This was their response: “When inquiring about a product or ingredient, it is important to remember that Arbonne is a privately held company. We do not share specific breakdowns or percentages of ingredients used to make up our proprietary formulas. By law, we conduct third party independent testing and this is required for doing business in Australia, Canada and the UK.

We comply with these mandates. These reports contain government-required information and the process and reports vary by country. This is business conducted between our corporate office and the government; there is no business need to share it with our Independent Consultants and we do not train non-Arbonne employees on such processes. Testing results are always documented internally.

Some are shared with the public and some remain confidential. “

RE9 sample reaction

Arbonne International - RE9 sample reaction
Arbonne International - RE9 sample reaction - Image 2

I used samples which left me with severe burn on my face. Bubbling blister to be exact.

Very little communication from the company. I'm not allergic to anything and have never had a reaction before in my life. I'm very upset with the way my complaint has been handled not mentioning tired after loosing a weeks sleep with pain and discomfort. My face was literally sticking to my pillow.

The steroids I was prescribed shortened the symptoms and cost me a small fortune to visit the doc. I'm baffled as to why I haven't had any human contact when such a terrible experience occurs with their product??

I just used these products as a friend gave me a sample pack. I was so excited to use these products as a way to give myself a great skincare regimen.

I don't wear makeup so I like having very nice skin instead. My skin was already nice but I wanted something to take it to the next level and next level it did but in a bad way! I've never had a skin reaction to a skin care product ever in my life until now. My face is so itchy all over including my neck.

I have tiny blister like bumps all over my face and neck and it is pink and swollen especially around my eyes. I am going to go get a steroid shot this afternoon to help with this discomfort.

What the heck Arbonne???? I hope my skin isn't ruined forever.

Hi Steph. Nothing at all was done about it.

I didn’t get any sort of apology or explanation. My only guess is that the samples were exposed to sunlight and warmth so causes some kind of seperation of chemicals.

These samples were given to me on a very warm sunny day by a lady representative having a car boot sale. I have never reacted to anything before so I’m very curious.

Guest

Hello! This SAME THING has happened to me right now. I was Prescribed presidone or whatever steroids, and I’m Worried that my skin will never go back to normal

Guest

Yes it would/does!! I have had the same experience. You need to do your research who ever you are!!!

Guest

I had a similar reaction just now. I don't know which product caused it. My whole face is red and puffy like I was sunburned!

Guest

The product would not have done that to you. I've used it for years.

And an allergic reaction is impossible to do that. You seem ridiculous and as a customer of Arbonne I can understand no one paying attention to a ridiculous picture and complain.

Is Arbonne a scam? Yes, it is!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Hi everyone! So to start with I am a positive person and I do a lot of research before signing or buying stuff.

I was approached by a wife of my husbands friend and she was talking about how Arbonne changed her life and all that b"""t. They both are on a very good salary in a first place, over £70000 a year. So it was easy for her to invest like £1000 in a "starter kit". Her and an up line manager were persuading me to join their "business"( so they can get bonuses obviously) .

I was in a position of changing jobs so they assured me it will be a great source of income and my business will fly( as I am a makeup artist and possibly can push and hard sell products to clients) Few of them were on me like a rash every day talking on that video zoom , b"""ng how amazing this thing is and promised me to get contacts in makeup industry and help. So under so much pressure everyone will give up and join. So did I. They got their points for sucking me in, which they said they didn't.

So it was a big fat lies. Then they completely ditched me and when I contacted them they just copied and paste some long boring waffle texts which nobody would read. So I posted a comment on Facebook how to get this business started and all the brainwashed people there started saying go and talk to your up line. And later on guess what?

They have deleted me and my comment from the group. So you are not allowed to thing otherwise that all these zombies from Arbonne cult. Up line sent me a private message saying if you don't want to do this then don't. Which was completely opposite what they were saying before I signed up: we will help you, your business will fly, we need you in our team!

We will promote you as a MUA, you will be huge! So when I said I'm not going to spend any more money and try to get people to try what I already have all of them started waffling that it doesn't work unless you invest! After that they never spoke to me and just said read that, watch this. But before it was: we will launch you, you will be super successful!

We will have a makeup party with you and you can do a makeup tutorial for everyone! Big lies! She done a tutorial by herself( which was awful- bad lighting, poor presentation, fake smile, you could not see what she applies on her face. And all her faithful zombies commented : oh you are stunning, I want to buy it all!

So obviously she did it so she leaves her link to website and people buy it from her link instead of mine, so she gets points, even though I coud have done it 1000 times better quality and presentation. They over promised things and ditched me as soon as I coughed up the money. That is what Arbonne is-big money sucking machine with unhelpful people, even though they act like they help you but all they do is copy paste things. If you have a rich husband and you just want a hobby you could do this, because you husband can just give you £5000 and instead of buying another Loubotin shoes you can say :oh, I'm a business woman now!

And hobbies don't bring money to family. It's a scam for housewives and easily lead girls who are well off in a first place. People who earn money they know money's price and will not splash out on some dodgy stuff which will not work. Do not join it if you don't want to lose your money!

It doesn't work! I have tried!

The demonstrator was the absolute worst. Does not give you a receipt or copy of your order.

When she didn't ship my order bc of 1 person cc not going through i said i paid 15.00 shipping (which they pocket) separate my order and ship it to me not one box to yourself!! I had missing products and arborne customer service has the worst most robotic and unprofessional people answering at their leisure. I had no order number or receipt and was told they need that. No-one received theirs from the demonstrator.

Haven't received the product or response and i will NEVER do business with them again. Save your money and energy!!!
