I use to sell ARbonne back in 2006 and the company was just under a billion is sales that year. Last year the company only made 377 million in sales.

Wow!!! Back 2006 they were only in the US. Now with sales in Canada, UK and Australia, the sales are lower. I'm surprised since now they have more exposure and things went downhill.

Rita is gone and the company I found out is still in the red of the Bankruptcy restructuring plan in 2010. I heard they had a debt of 850 million plus. Thank goodness the banks took them over and are keeping them afloat. I had an F.A who knows the story still say that the company is still in the red with over 200 million to pay.

WE use to say in our presentations back in 2005 that the company was a debt free company. I guess you can't say that now. Too bad. I still use the products but got out of the biz.

I had my 6 VPs in my direct line quit over the years. They went to different companies or quit.

I wonder if ARbonne will ever get to the same point of 2006. I find it shocking that they haven't grown since then, even though they are international.

In response to the point made that some consultants say to new team members that they will only work with them if they put in £2-5000 is in the minority! In my team, the amount of money you spend on products when you join is a personal choice! The emphasis here is about helping others be successful and putting pressure on people, monetary or otherwise is unacceptable! A minority of consultants proceed with the wrong attitude and are in it for themselves, which is wrong!

The Wall Street Journal did an article on network marketing companies and listed Arbonne at 33 of the 100 they picked out of over 1000! Mercedes and Tiffany's would not associate themselves with a company whose core ethics advocated the work ethic of the minority of which you speak of. My team is supported all the way, whether they have a great month or not. I believe in my team and this is why they continue to grow! The object is not to "hound" people, it is about sharing the business opportunity and products with others and if they say no, that should be respected.

Rita Davenport has left the board at Arbonne but is still involved with the company, however Kay Napier joined last year as CEO, who was the previous Senior Vice President of McDonalds! She was head hunted by 5 companies and chose Arbonne because she saw the most potential for growth!

This is a company who promotes self development and growth. To be successful does take effort and consistency, however if you allow yourself to be influenced by negativity, whether that is by anyone in your team or the rubbish you read on the internet, instead of focusing on your own self belief then I'm not surprised if success does not follow. The beauty of Arbonne is that you get to pick who you work with, sounds like you chose the wrong leader to follow I'm afraid Rachel.

Ok superstar you are wrong. Stop smoking drugs!!!!!!

Kay Napier did not come last year to the company. Try 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They went into chapter 11 in February 2010 . They had over 850 million of DEBT!!!!!!!!!! Not sure if you understand the English language, or more importantly-BUSINESS.

So they are are owned by banks because they took over their debt and Arbonne still is over 250 million in DEBT.

Rita was kicked out in 2011. Her sister was an envp and she is in the company.

Before you say anything, please know your facts.

Kay was also at P&G before too. She never worked in Network marketing before.

Yes, the lines moving fast are doing this buy in system. These are lines from SUe cassidy, ian whatever his name is(ex boyfriend of Gordon!!!) Debbie Neal, Amy sky and most other vps in Toronto. Oh yes Micheal Bisson from Ottawa Canada. The list goes on and on.

I hope you are in the million dollar club but I don't think so-Superstar!!!!!! NOT!!!

I wonder why you had 6 RVPs quit. Could it have been something to do with the leadership?

And about the biz. If you just sell product and forget about the car etc. it can been a really great source of income, done on your own terms. It's a totally legitimate way of earning money.

Plus, there's the option of team building, if you want to go that route. Arbonne promoted more than 250 people to RVP and NVP this year. How many corporations are promoting that many people to 6-digit incomes in a year? The product is great and I love the fact that Arbonne strives to be an industry leader in recycling and encouraging consciousness about sustainability.

I wish more companies would think about the earth.

Wondering,

You always hear about the people who promote in Arbonne, but what they don't share is that 99% of those people are right back where they started, at DM within the year.

The company is a joke. You need to do research.

Even if you ask they will lie to your face.

Wondering, the reason they quit is because of this buy in system of 2 to 5 G's. They promote fast and then fall down.

The majority of the this 250 plus promotions are people who promoted this buy in system. So after a while it dries up. This happened to ARbonne in 2006 and 2007. It is another cycle of these people.

ARbonne knows about it but are just allowing it to happen because-well it is sales that they need to stay afloat and to pay the consultants. plus their big debt.

Good luck to you in your adventure and make sure you keep working your butt off because you can't stop because you will always have people quitting in your downline. That is the gospel truth.

They are doing ok but like everyone else in the world then went through some money problems. WE have to stay positive. Maybe you should try the biz again.

It started out fine but then too many people have spoiled it with greed. It is true that I hear some lines saying, I won't work with you unless you go in with the $3000 start up.

This is going on all over the city. The meetings are all rah rah rah!!! They flash their leased car which is not paid for free for everyone to see. If you read the comp.

play it says you get the monthly cheque for the car if you hit your quota of sales at RVP or NVP. Otherwise the consultant pays for that month themselves.

So to say it is free is a joke.

Pity!!!!!!

I think you have to be thick skinned to sell ARbonne. I just don't like hounding people.

LIfe is too short. Maybe the 1% make it and like to brag that they are so great and cut up others. REally who cares???? I find it funny how some of these big ENVPs started out with husbands and not are with different people.

I thought it brought families together. It is just nuts. ONe had a new baby with her new guy and isn't married while she had a 8 and 10 year old from her other marriage. Then there is another one that has a younger dude and you can tell it's because she is 55 plus and has money.

So crazy how they brag and watch families break apart.

Heard from one ex husband that he said the wife was always at events and the kids were missing their mom. She had so much debt for a few years and finally paid it off-but at what cost, the marriage????
